By accessing or using StyleDash ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and providers.
StyleDash is a marketplace platform connecting clients with beauty, wellness, and personal care providers. We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment but are not a party to the service agreements between clients and providers.
Providers must create an account, complete their business profile, and maintain an active subscription to be listed on the platform. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Provider listings must be accurate, legal, and comply with our community standards.
Providers must hold any required licenses or certifications for services offered in their jurisdiction.
Clients may browse the platform without an account but must register to make bookings. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Provider subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Founder Pricing subscribers lock in their rate for the duration of continuous subscription.
Bookings are agreements between clients and providers. StyleDash is not responsible for provider no-shows, service quality, or disputes. Each provider sets their own cancellation policy, which is displayed before booking confirmation.
You may not: create false listings or impersonate another person or business; use the platform for illegal activities; spam, harass, or abuse other users; attempt to bypass platform fees; or scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
All platform content, trademarks, and design are owned by StyleDash. Provider-uploaded content remains your property; you grant us a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating your listing.
StyleDash is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability in any event is limited to the fees paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your public profile will be removed within 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
